Welcome to Mythara, an app designed to provide you with a focused, simple, and private fairy-style portrait creation experience. This User Agreement outlines the terms and guidelines for your use of the Mythara app and its services. By downloading, opening, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.
Mythara is committed to privacy and simplicity—no account registration or login is required to use any of the App’s features. You can start creating fairy-style portraits right away, with full control over your content and data. A core principle of the App is that we do not collect any facial data from you or your photos, and we prioritize keeping your content and information local to your device at all times.
We Do Not Collect Any Facial Data: This commitment is integral to your use of the App. Mythara never collects, stores, processes, or shares any facial data, including facial features, facial landmarks, expressions, or any other facial characteristics from your photos or device. When you use the App to generate fairy-style portraits, all AI processing happens locally on your device, and no facial data is extracted, recorded, or sent to any external servers. We do not use facial recognition technology, and there is no mechanism within the App to identify, analyze, or categorize your facial features. Your facial information remains entirely private and confined to your device, with no access from us or any third parties.
Mythara is available for download on compatible mobile devices, and you may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App’s core features include selecting portrait photos from your device’s camera or photo library, generating AI-powered fairy-style portraits, previewing and managing your creations in the built-in Works gallery, and sharing your creations at your discretion.
No account registration, login, or personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or social media details) is required to use the App. You can access all features immediately after downloading the App, with no verification steps or sign-up forms. We do not track your usage habits, collect your device information beyond what is necessary for the App to function locally, and we never collect any facial data from your device or photos.
We Do Not Collect Any Facial Data: When you access the App’s camera or photo library to select a portrait photo, the App only accesses the image you choose for the sole purpose of generating the fairy-style effect locally—no facial data is collected or extracted during this process. We do not store any facial information from the photos you select, and the App does not retain any facial data after generating the fairy portrait. Even if you save multiple creations, only the final generated images are stored on your device, with no underlying facial data attached. Your access to the App’s features is not conditional on providing any facial data, as we do not request or collect it in any form.
When using the App to create fairy-style portraits, you retain full ownership and control over your original photos (selected from your device) and the AI-generated fairy portraits. The App provides a simple creation flow: select a portrait photo, generate the fairy effect, and preview, save, or share the result. All creation and management activities are handled locally on your device.
The App’s built-in Works gallery allows you to browse, preview, save, and delete your AI-generated creations. This gallery is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to it or the content within it. You may delete any creation at any time, and deletion will permanently remove the file from your device—we do not retain any copies of your deleted content. You may also share your creations through your device’s native sharing features (such as messaging apps, social media, or email), and this sharing is entirely controlled by you.
We Do Not Collect Any Facial Data: All content creation and management processes are designed to avoid collecting any facial data. When generating a fairy-style portrait, the AI model processes the entire image locally on your device without extracting any facial data—the effect is applied to the image as a whole, with no isolation or storage of facial features. The Works gallery only stores the final generated images, not any facial data associated with them. When you delete a creation, no facial data is retained or recoverable, as none was collected in the first place. Sharing your creations does not involve sharing any facial data, as the shared images do not contain embedded facial information, and we do not collect any data about your sharing activities.
When using the App, you agree to use it in a manner that is respectful, ethical, and consistent with the intended purpose of creating fairy-style portraits. You agree not to use the App for any inappropriate, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate these acceptable use guidelines. However, we will only take such action if your use of the App is clearly inconsistent with the intended purpose or causes harm to others. Importantly,we do not collect any facial data as part of enforcing these guidelines—we have no way to track or monitor your usage beyond what is necessary to maintain the App’s local functionality.
We Do Not Collect Any Facial Data: Enforcing acceptable use guidelines does not involve collecting or analyzing any facial data. We do not review, store, or process any facial information from your photos or creations—any monitoring of App usage (limited to ensuring the App functions properly) does not include collecting facial data. We do not use facial data to identify users, enforce guidelines, or restrict access, as we do not collect it in any form. Your compliance with these guidelines is based on your use of the App’s features, not on any facial data we might collect (which we do not).
The App itself, including its software, AI models, interface, design, and all content owned by Mythara (such as logos, text, and instructions), is the intellectual property of Mythara. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
You retain full intellectual property rights to your original photos and the AI-generated fairy portraits you create using the App. Mythara does not claim any ownership of your content, and we do not use your content for any purpose other than providing the local creation and management features of the App. We do not share your content with third parties, and we do not use your content to train our AI models or collect any data (including facial data) from it.
We Do Not Collect Any Facial Data: Our intellectual property policies do not involve collecting any facial data. We do not extract or use any facial data from your original photos or AI-generated creations for any purpose, including improving the App’s AI models or intellectual property. The AI models used by the App are trained without any facial data, and we do not collect any facial information to enhance or modify the App’s features. Your intellectual property rights to your content are protected, and we do not collect any facial data that could infringe on those rights.
We may periodically update the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. These updates will be available for download through your device’s app store, and you may choose to accept or decline the updates. If you decline an update, some features of the App may not function properly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, but we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications.
Any updates to the App will continue to adhere to our core principles: no account requirement, local processing of content, and no collection of facial data. We will not introduce any features that collect facial data, and any changes to the App will not alter our commitment to keeping your facial information private.
We Do Not Collect Any Facial Data: App updates will never include features that collect, store, or process facial data. All updates to the App’s AI models, processing capabilities, or features will remain focused on local processing without collecting any facial data. We will not use updates to introduce facial recognition technology or any mechanism that extracts facial data from your device or photos. Any changes to the App will be transparent and will not compromise our commitment to not collecting facial data.
The App provides easy access to this User Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy and Billing Terms, within the App’s settings. You can view these policies at any time to review the terms of your use of the App and our commitment to privacy. If we make any changes to this Agreement, we will notify you within the App and update the in-app policy page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Viewing these policies does not trigger any data collection, and we do not track which policies you view or how often you access them.We do not collect any facial data when you access in-app policies, as we do not collect facial data at any point during your use of the App.
